Aajogo integrates with ActiveCampaign to add post-call and/or post-chat information to your CRM. When you connect the two platforms, Aajogo creates or updates leads in your ActiveCampaign account after every receptionist call or chat conversation. We will:

• Create a new contact with name, email address, and phone number of the lead
• Add call summary or chat transcript to the new contact
• If the conversation was with an existing contact, we’ll search for them by email and add the transcript to the contact as a note.

It's just another way Aajogo is making your small business more efficient by automating processes that otherwise would result in time-consuming copy-and-paste tasks.
